Club Serena Raffle Promo Terms and Conditions
“Win an Overnight Stay at Club Serena Resort, Moalboal, Cebu” Raffle Promo**
1. Promo Duration
a. The promo runs from December 1 to December 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
2. Eligibility
a. The promo is open to local national customers residing in the Philippines.
b. Employees of the organizer, its affiliates, agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
3. How to Join
a. Customers will automatically earn one (1) raffle entry for every order made within the Promo Period.
b. A single customer may earn multiple entries depending on the number of orders placed from December 1–31, 2025.
c. Orders made outside the Promo Period will not be counted.
4. Raffle Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Overnight Stay at Club Serena Resort, Moalboal, Cebu (“Prize”).
The prize is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-exchangeable for other services.
5. Prize Validity
The awarded Overnight Stay certificate is valid until December 1, 2026.
Extensions or rebooking beyond the validity date are not guaranteed and are subject to the resort’s policies.
6. Raffle Draw & Winner Announcement
a. The raffle draw will be held internally and supervised by an authorized representative.
b. The winner will be announced on January 9, 2026 via the organizer’s official communication channels.
c. The winner will also be notified through the contact details provided during purchase.
7. Claiming of Prize
a. The winner will be notified via email by the Royal Gem Team. To claim the prize, the winner must reply to Royal Gem Customer Service using the same email address used for their purchase, and provide a valid government-issued ID that matches the details in their Royal Gem order history.
b. Once the winner’s identity is confirmed, the Overnight Stay Gift Certificate will be mailed to the winner, with all shipping costs covered by Royal Gem.
c. If the winner does not respond within 30 days from the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be redrawn at the organizer’s discretion.
d. In the event of a redraw, previously drawn winning entries will be excluded. The winner selected in the redraw shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original winners.
8. General Conditions
a. By joining the promo, participants agree to the Terms & Conditions and grant the organizer the right to use their name and likeness for announcement and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
b. The organizer reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of entries and disqualify fraudulent or manipulated entries.
c. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promo in the event of unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable laws.
9. Data Privacy
All personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promo and handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
